Refund & Cancellation Policy | Praajasv Foundation

At Praajasv Foundation, we provide UPSC, GPSC and many other competitive exams, the best quality education and guidance for competitive exams. This policy is formulated to make the terms for refunds and cancellations of offline classroom batches and digital/online programs transparent.
Enrollment and Payment Terms
You will be enrolled only after your (online) payment (website, msite, and mobile) is processed.
All payments are non-refundable once made. Students are advised to read the course information, schedule and validity before admission.
The charges for the offline batches comprise of classroom classes, study material, and assistance from the mentors.
The fee for online courses comprises access to the app/portal, recorded or live classes, test series and study material.
Refund Policy
General: Once the fee has been paid, it is non-refundable at any cost so that refund/re-schedule only cancel courses.
There are very few exceptions, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis for refund:
- Duplicate transactions as a result of system glitch
- DID NOT CUSTOMER PAY INVESTIGATED – PAID BUT NOT SIGNED UP
- Cancellation of the Course by Praajasv Foundation
Refund will be processed through the original mode of payment in 7-10 working days (payment gateway / bank timelines apply).
Cancellation and Transfer Rules
Students are unable to cancel on having already signed up.
In case of an offline batch, it is not possible to transfer your fees to another student or postpone it to the forthcoming batches.
For online courses and batches- Transfer request will be entertained one time only subject to administrative approval & availability.
Praajasv Foundation has an option of cancelling/postponing a batch in-case of any unavoidable circumstances. In those instances, students will be provided with either:
- Move to next batch /Program Or
- A full or partial refund (depending on the circumstances).
